This website is operated by Morrison trading as Rhythm Revolt Records ("we", "us", "our") and is accessible at ototodj.com and ototodj.com.au. We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. You can contact us at admin@ototodj.com.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when necessary to process your order or respond to your enquiry. This may include:

• Your shipping address
• Your order history and product preferences
• Communications you send us

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for information on how they handle your payment data.

How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfil your order
• Communicate with you about your order
• Respond to your enquiries
• Send you updates about new releases, merch drops, or events — only if you have opted in
• Comply with our legal obligations

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third Parties

We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order or operate our services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Our local print partner — to fulfil and ship your order (name and shipping address only)
• Netlify — website hosting
• MailerLite — email communications (only if you have subscribed)

These parties are only permitted to use your information for the specific purpose for which it was shared.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We retain your order information for as long as required to fulfil the order and comply with our legal obligations, typically no longer than 7 years for financial records.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality only. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies as part of their payment processing — see stripe.com/privacy for details.

Who You Are Buying From

All products are sold by Morrison trading as Rhythm Revolt Records, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. ABN 13 399 505 837. Contact: shop@ototodj.com.

Orders and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable GST where relevant. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already placed.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our products, including materials, sizing, and print specifications. All products are printed to order by our local Brisbane print partner on AS Colour 5080 Heavy Tee blanks unless otherwise stated.

Colours may vary slightly between screens. Minor variations in print placement of up to 10mm are within acceptable tolerance and do not constitute a defect.

Sizing

Size guides are based on AS Colour's published specifications. We recommend checking the AS Colour size guide at ascolour.com.au before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size where a size guide was available.

Limited Runs

All products are produced in limited quantities. We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any product. Once a run sells out, it may not be restocked. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — in the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All OTOTO artwork, logos, wordmarks, and designs are the intellectual property of Rhythm Revolt Records. Purchase of a product grants you a personal licence to wear and enjoy the item — it does not grant any right to reproduce, copy, resell, or use the designs commercially.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

Processing Time

All products are printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Shipping — Australia

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Flat rate shipping applies to most Australian addresses.

Shipping — International

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us at shop@ototodj.com before placing an order to confirm shipping rates and estimated delivery times to your country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — any active promotion will be shown at checkout automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, delays can occasionally happen due to high order volumes, customs clearance for international orders, or courier service disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we'll look into it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we dispatch orders exactly as entered and are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at complaints@ototodj.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue. For lost parcels, we will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges

We will, however, offer a full replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant print error
• The wrong item or size was sent
• The item is damaged in transit

To request a replacement or refund under these circumstances, contact us at complaints@ototodj.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We may ask you to return the faulty item before issuing a replacement — return postage will be covered by us in these cases.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Stripe may take additional time to process the refund to your card — this is outside our control.
